Iā€™m the owner and head trainer at Next Level Fitness in Oceanside, California. I started training myself when I was only 13. I had become a wrestler at age 10 so I decided strength training would be the right fit for me. I started like anyone, with absolutely no knowledge at all. Fast forward 20 years and I decide to leave a great paying corporate job to pursuing a personal training career. I now have well over 15 years of experience and have trained people from the ages of 13-90. Personal training is something that I am very passionate about. I believe everybody can benefit from using a personal trainer in their life (sooner than later!) The most important part of a strength training program is consistency, and using proper form. It doesn't matter how much you lift, it's more about how you lift the weight.
